PENANG ELECTRICAL MERCHANTS' ASSOCIATION & TENAGA NASIONAL BERHAD DIALOGUE

An annual dialogue with TNB Pulau Pinang was successfully held on 07th October 2022. Ir. Lee Weng Keen (PEMA President) lead a 7-members delegation to the dialogue. TNB Pulau Pinang was represented by their Ketua Retail Negeri (Pulau Pinang), U Ananda Rani a/p Ulaganathan and eleven of his officials.

The dialogue started with a briefing on new procedures and time duration for Matters arising & schedule of TNB works for industries category & flow chart & new procedures and time duration on application for MV/HV large power user by TNB Pulau Pinang. Issues bought up at the dialogues were Substation issues, budget and shortage of materials still persist for contractors & Self Services Portal unstable system & submission problem.
