PEMA 77th Anniversary Dinner Celebration cum Education Fund Awards 2025

Penang Electrical Merchants’ Association (PEMA) celebrated its 77th Anniversary Dinner Celebration cum Education Fund Awards 2025 at Noble Season Chinese Restaurant on 02nd August 2025. More than 550 members and guests including PEMA trustees and advisor attended the function. The dinner started with a welcome address by Kevin Nia Jun Hau (PEMA Anniversary Celebration Chairman) which was followed by Mr. Neoh Boon Tong (PEMA President).

PEMA President Mr Neoh Boon Tong in his opening address thanked to all members, organization and individuals for their support which have made the success of Anniversary cum Education Fund Awards 2025 for possible. Over the years, the Association has attached great importance to the development of education. Therefore, similar events are held every year to fully reflect the purpose of the Association to encourage and recognize the children of PEMA members or their full-time employees in a rewarding to study hard and achieve superior results.

Beside the PEMA Anniversary, its also the PEMA Education Fund Award 2025. It starting with an address by Mr Khaw Tatt Siew (PEMA Education Fund Committee Chairman). The PEMA Academic Excellence was presented to the children of PEMA members and their employees who achieved outstanding results in the SPM and STPM examinations. A total of 10 recipients were presented with the awards and the total amount awarded was RM 3,600.00.

Excitement of the celebration dinner included singing, cake cutting ceremony, presentation of certificates, souvenir & lucky draw.

The dinner was joyously rounded-off with entertainment coming from the Karaoke team performed some all-time heart appealing favorite soft and nice songs, which successful tuned and turned the dinner into a joyful, up be at and memorable night for all. It was indeed a very successful dinner and enjoyable night.
